Terri joined Beaumaris Home Care in November 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience in the care industry. Terri started her career as a care worker and then quickly progressed to become a Registered Manager. Terri has been in this position for 17 years’ across a range of companies and she brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Terri is passionate about service delivery and she takes a customer first approach, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate and the best quality care and support they require. As with any care provider, a strong Community Support Worker Team is important and Terri always ensures they have the right tools and support to provide a safe and quality service to the clients.

A fun fact about Terri is she teaches Boogie Bounce on a weekly basis for her local community.



Sue joined Beaumaris in July 2017 as the Care Co-ordinator, after working for a large national company for 17 years’ in a similar role. Sue has worked in care for many years and understands the importance of making sure clients receive the care when they require, to the highest standard.

At the end of 2018, Sue was promoted to the position of Care Manager where she is responsible for organising the care staff and ensuring the Beaumaris quality service is provided.

Outside of work, Sue’s passion is travelling and exploring different countries around the world.



Laura has been with the company for over 3 years’ and has been recently promoted from the position of Community Support Worker to Field Care Supervisor.Laura will often carry out spot checks, complete rotas and assist with shadowing new starters in the community.



Paula joined the company in November 2018 and has been in the industry over 6 years’. Paula brings a wealth of office environment experience to the team.
